To see a Genetic Counsellor

To see our Psychologist or Medical Specialists

Step 1: Complete Registration, who you wish to see and indicative time. Register

Step 2: You will receive confirmation of your registration

Step 3: We will make contact with you to confirm an appointment and request any additional information
